The student parliament of École Ste-Thérèse recently donated $920 to the NEO Kids Foundation.
The group raised the money during this past school year through the sale of boo-bons, cotton candy and ice cream.
The student parliament, under the leadership of teacher Lise Poulin, consists of members Danielle Pitre, Chloé Arcand, Joëlle Gagnon and Jessica Dufour.
“The school congratulates the students for their leadership and contributions,” said a press release from Conseil scolaire catholique du Nouvel-Ontario.
