Libraries offer fun summer learning

Greater Sudbury Public Libraries have a plethora of activities lined up throughout the summer. While school is out, kids can still partake in fun, educational activities by visiting their nearest library.

Greater Sudbury Public Libraries have a plethora of activities lined up throughout the summer.

While school is out, kids can still partake in fun, educational activities by visiting their nearest library.

Highlights of events include performances by Cowguy Brian and Kathy Reid-Naiman and Hannah Naiman, as well as science experiments, puppetry and medieval exploration. Movie nights, featuring screenings of Avengers, Mirror Mirror and Brave are also scheduled throughout August.

Kids are also invited to take part in crafts like making monster masks, simple kaleidoscopes and magic wands.
