Greater Sudbury city council convened for their first meeting of 2021 on Jan. 12.
Council was slated to receive a large projects update, with executive director of strategic initiatives, communications and citizen services Ian Wood bringing mayor and council up to speed on the city's large scale construction projects.
Instead the meeting that was scheduled to start at 6 p.m. ran nearly three hours behind schedule and was adjourned after roughly 15 minutes.
