The new, larger centre is located at 140 Regional Rd. 24 Unit 1, and has an expanded waiting area and is fully accessible.
The centre is located in the same plaza as its former location at 130 Regional Rd. 24 which closed its doors for good at 1 p.m. on Aug. 15.
The hours of operation at the new Lively ServiceOntario centre have been expanded, as the centre will no longer close over the lunch hour. The hours of operation are as follows:
- Monday – Wednesday and Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
