Brown?s Concrete, Cambrian College, Grandmother?s Pie Shoppe Inc., Knowledge Control Corp., Lumière International Corp., Neureka Research Corp. and Science North Enterprises are part of the 18-member team. The other 11 delegates, who will be travelling to Atlanta from April 27 to May 2, are businesses from around the north.

The goal of the Team Northern Ontario trade mission is to increase the level of exports from Northern Ontario to the southeast region of the United States.

The 18-member team consists of exporting or export-ready businesses and organizations. They are involved in advanced manufacturing, aviation, information technology, food production, biotechnology and rail transportation.

The trade mission was organized by the Secretary of State Andy Mitchell as part of a FedNor initiative.
