Mild weekend weather ahead

A bitter cold Friday evening will give way to a very mild weekend in Sudbury. Saturday is calling for some snow in the morning, ending in the afternoon and then cloudy.

A bitter cold Friday evening will give way to a very mild weekend in Sudbury.

Saturday is calling for some snow in the morning, ending in the afternoon and then cloudy.

Snowfall shouldn't be enough to hamper anyone's plans though as only 2 cm are in the forecast.

Daytime high will get up to zero. Cloudy in the evening with temperature holding steady near -1.

Sunday morning there could be more precipitation, but in the form of rain as the thermometer gets to the happy side of zero.

Periods of rain throughout the day with a high of 2.

Sunday evening will see a mix of rain and snow with the temperature dropping to a low of -5.
