Gas prices in Greater Sudbury are down slightly after a spike earlier this week.

Most gas stations in the city are charging 112.2, according to GasBuddy.com. The cheapest gas in the city is 108.3 at Esso in Hanmer and Shell in Capreol. The most expensive gas in the city is 114.9 at Petro-Canada on Highway 17 near Coniston.

In nearby Sturgeon Falls, gas ranges in price from 107.7 to 109.9 — unfortunately, prices there have jumped by about 10 cents/litre over the past day.

The average price of gas in Ontario today is 106.4 in Ontario. The cheapest gas in the province is 90.9 in Ohsweken. The most expensive Ontario gas listed on GasBuddy.com today is 126.9 in Atikokan.
