New Years baby arrives in Sudbury

The first baby born in Sudbury in 2018 is Winter Rose Larabie-Lafrance

Frigid temperatures didn't stop the stork as Pamela Blacklock and Ron Lafrance welcomed their daughter, Winter Rose Larabie-Lafrance to the world on Jan. 1.

Winter arrived into the world as the first baby born in Sudbury in 2018, making her debut at 4 a.m. and weighing in at 6.1 pounds.

She was joined at the hospital by her parents, along with siblings Tyson Lafrance-McLeod and Adriane Blacklock. Winter will also be welcomed home by brother Bradley Blacklock.
