No texting, no drinking, no drugs: Students' winning posters to be part of future safe-driving campaigns

Action Sudbury announces poster contest winners

Action Sudbury - Citizens Against Impaired Driving enlisted the help of three high school students to inform the citizens of Sudbury against impaired driving. 

Recently, the group announced the winners of a poster contest, unveiling them at its Annual Red Ribbon Kick-off event. 

The poster contest was open to Sudbury region’s high school students. 

Their challenge was to create an “Anti-Impaired Driving” poster, using one of three themes: No Drugs; No Texting; or, No Drinking.

The winners are Corrie Laberge ofMarymount Academy; Grace Crawford of St. Benedict’s High School; and Ng Foucault of Confederation High School. Each received a cash prize, but the real prize is the students' winning poster designs will be used for future promotional messaging by Action Sudbury.
