NorthernLife.ca staffers share their love of reading

Both staffers read to students, and answered questions about their career paths.

Other guests at the school's Family Literacy Day event included other local media and Ward 12 Coun. Joscelyne Landry-Altmann.

The day is intended to raise awareness about the importance of reading and engaging in a variety of literacy-based activities.

The event culminated with parents and guardians joining their children for a reading picnic lunch in the school's gymnasium.
