One new forest fire in the northeast this week

Fire hazard remains low to moderate

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry reported one new fire burning in the northeast region this week.

That fire was in the Hearst District. No fires remain active in the region, the ministry said.

The forest fire hazard is low to moderate across the northeast.
