Better Beginnings Better Futures of Sudbury is hosting an online auction fundraiser that could make you the coolest person in the city this summer.
The big prize is a $5,000 voucher that can be used toward the purchase of a new air conditioner which has been donated by Northern Climate.
The voucher will allow Better Beginnings Futures Sudbury to hold an auction to raise funds for the recreational after school programs, said a news release.
Participants who want to join the auction are asked to log in to Facebook, and send a message to register with BBBF Sudbury.
The Facebook pages outlined the following auction rules.
- Minimum bid of $1,000
- For your bid to be valid, you must comment your bid amount along with your name.
- Do not delete comments.
- Bidding ends June 27 at 8 p.m.
- Highest bidder will be contacted through Facebook messenger, if highest bidder does not respond within 12 hours, the second highest bidder will be contacted.
