Update - The eastbound lanes on Elm St. are now open to traffic.
The eastbound lanes of Elm St. between Lisgar and Paris Streets are temporarily closed in order to facilitate repairs to a hydro pole.
The pole was struck by a vehicle this morning.
It is unknown how long the repairs will take.
