Police seize $5,300 worth of drugs on Notre Dame

Greater Sudbury Police seized $5,300 worth of crack cocaine and marijuana at a residence on Notre Dame Avenue Thursday, Dec. 12.

The police department's drug enforcement executed a search warrant at the residence and arrested a 34-year-old female from Sudbury and a 22-year-old man from southern Ontario.

They were charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking for the crack cocaine, possession of a controlled substance for the marijuana and possession of property obtained by crime for the money police seized from both suspects.
