Reminder: Elm Street closure this evening (4 photos)

Elm Street is now closed between Elgin Street and Durham. Police now on site for night work to control traffic. The road will re-open at 6 a.m. on Aug. 25.

A detour is in place for construction work at the intersection of Elm and Elgin in Sudbury. Vehicles traveling eastbound on Elm will detour between Elgin and Lisgar; vehicles traveling westbound will detour between Durham and Frood. Detour signs are in place to direct traffic.

Walking traffic is still permitted in the closed section of Elm Street.
