Lockery Composite School is getting a visit from Secretary of State, Andy Mitchell.
Mitchell is expected to make an annoucment concerning federal funds to support the Laptop Learning Program at Lockerby.
LockerbyÂ?s unique Laptop Learning Program puts state-of-the portable technology
in the hands of Grade 9 French Immersion students allowing them Â?anywhere,
anytime learning,Â? explained Bruce Hatton, principal of Lockerby Composite School.
Mitchell will visit the school on Friday, April 19 at 1:30 pm.
