It has sometimes been said that Google knows more about us than our partners and closest friends.

The Internet search giant has made it a little easier for people to see exactly what sort of trail they have left behind while searching the web and using Google's various services.

Google launched its “My Activity” site last week that lets anyone with a Google account see their entire search history, and any time they've used a Google service.

The feature includes every YouTube video a person has watched while logged into their Google account and use of other services, including any apps used on an Android phone while logged into a Google account.

Google said it is allowing its users to delete any embarrassing searches, or other entries, through its “My Activity” page.

Entries can be deleted individually or can be sorted by service, date ranges and topics.
