See what Glencore's up to: Open house this afternoon

Glencore is hosting its annual open house event this afternoon to inform the public about its local operations.

The event runs from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Levack Public School gymnasium, located at 100 High Street, and will feature a training simulation and information booths.

Glencore will share information about its exploration efforts, environmental management system, Fraser Mine, the Onaping Depth Project, its contractor activities, and community engagement.

The open house will also feature family-friendly activities such as “dress up as a miner.”
