The Greater Sudbury Fire department responded to a structure fire that caused heavy damages to a detached bungalow on Delaware Ave, on Friday. 

According to a news release issued, the call for came in just after 7 p.m. 

One person has been displaced, and an estimated $75,000 in losses have been reported to the building. 

An investigation into the cause of the fire revealed the fire to be a result of food left on the stove top. 

Fire department is reminding all residents to be mindful when cooking, and to refrain from leaving food unattended on the stove top.
