Gas prices in Greater Sudbury have dropped a couple cents per litre over the past day, although they're still more than 10 cents per litre higher than they were just last month.

Most gas stations in the city are charging 118.6, according to GasBuddy.com. The cheapest gas in the city is 116.9 at Independent at the Pumps on Lorne. A few gas stations are still charging 120.9, the highest price point local gas stations have reached in recent memory.

In nearby Sturgeon Falls, gas ranges in price from 104.7 to 104.9.

The average price of gas in Ontario today is 112.5. The cheapest gas in the province is 93.9 in Cornwall. The most expensive Ontario gas listed on GasBuddy.com today is 133.9 in Sioux Lookout.
