Sudbury's gas prices continue downward trend

Gas prices in Greater Sudbury dropped over the weekend, with most gas stations in town now charging about 107.5, according to GasBuddy.com . The lowest gas price in town is at the Independent at the Pumps on Lorne, which is charging 105.

The lowest gas price in town is at the Independent at the Pumps on Lorne, which is charging 105.9, while the city's most expensive gas is at the Petro Canada on The Kingsway and the Shell on Notre Dame, which are both charging 107.9.

In nearby Sturgeon Falls, gas is still cheaper than in Sudbury, with prices ranging from 103.7 to 103.9.

The average price of gas in Ontario today is 102.2, while the cheapest gas in the province is 86.9, in Muncey.
