Temperatures dropping on Wednesday

The cold weather is coming back on Wednesday.

Clear skies in the morning, but the high will only get up to -11.

The good news is there won't be any snow in the Wednesday forecast as the skies will stay clear into the evening but the low will drop all the way down to -23, feeling like -31 with the wind chill.
