The Market will be open on Friday, July 1, Canada Day as a new approach due to interest and encouragement of vendors, consumers and The Market Working Group.

Bring your family for a full day of fun with Canada Day celebrations at the Sudbury arena beginning at 10 a.m. Afterwards, bring your family to the Market for face painting and delicious local strawberries.

Face painting will take place on Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mighty Canadian Doughnuts will also be at the Market serving their popular homemade treats!

On Saturday, Three Fork Farms will have pasture raised chickens and Alison Muckle from Rowantree Farms will be at the Market with free-range Heritage Breed Pork.

While lots of interest has been shown by new vendors, stall options are still available for the season at the new lower price for 2016.
