Traffic update: lane closures on Lorne and Kingsway

A private contractor will be drilling boreholes to collect soil samples on Lorne Street between Martindale Road and Logan Avenue starting Nov. 19.

The work will take place between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. with intermittent lane closures. Work will be completed by Nov. 27.

A private contractor will be working near the manholes at the intersection of the Kingsway and Barry Downe Road on Nov. 23 to 25.

The eastbound inside lane on the Kingsway will be closed. Work will be done between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
