Looking for a way to honour a loved one who has passed away?

Warmhearts Palliative Caregivers Sudbury/Manitoulin is offering people the chance to purchase snowflake Christmas tree ornaments at either the Southridge Mall or the Hanmer Mall in memory of those who have passed away.

People can write their loved ones' names on the ornaments, which cost $10 each.

They then have the choice of hanging them on the Warmhearts Tree of Remembrance in either or the malls, or bringing them home to keep.

They are also offered the chance to write their memories of their loved ones in a Book of Memories, which is kept by Warmhearts.

The ornaments are currently being sold by volunteers at a stand in the Southridge Mall, and at stores in the Hanmer Mall.

Warmhearts will kick off their Tree of Remembrance campaign at the Southridge Mall at 10 a.m. Dec. 13.
