Video: Running bear slams into woman's car on The Kingsway

Isabel McMullan was shaken up after a bear ran into the side of her vehicle while she was driving on The Kingsway around 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 3.

She said she was driving near the S-curve, near Kitchener Avenue, when the bear darted out from a side street, slammed into the passenger side of her car. The animal, which McMullan said was medium- to large-sized, left a large dent and some of its fur between the tire and rim.

She said the bear didn't fall over after the collision. It just turned around and headed in the other direction.
