Voice your opinion on Greater Sudbury's proposed development charges bylaw

City of Greater Sudbury invites residents to speak up at May 7 council meeting

City council is giving the residents of Sudbury the chance to voice their opinion on the proposed development charges bylaw during the May 7 city council meeting.

Development charges are collected from the developer or landowner and are used to fund municipal infrastructure projects.

If you are interested in presenting your ideas related to the proposed by-law you are able to pre-register by contacting the city clerk's office at 705-674-4455, ext. 4209, or emailing [email protected]. You may also register at the meeting on Tuesday. 

If you are unable to attend the meeting at 7 p.m. that evening, submissions will be accepted online at at overtoyou.greatersudbury.ca as well as written submissions that can be sent to the City Clerk, P.O. Box 5000, Station A, Sudbury, Ontario, P3A 5P3.

All submissions will be considered prior to the approval of the development charges bylaw.
