UPDATE - Nov. 4 12:20 p.m. According to city officials, more than 100 residents have been without water since about midnight. In a news release, city officials estimate that water service will resume mid-afternoon, once repairs are complete.

According to city officials, more than 100 residents have been without water since about midnight. In a news release, city officials estimate that water service will resume mid-afternoon, once repairs are complete. City residents who require water in the meantime are asked to phone 3-1-1 for assistance.

Sudbury residents in the Lasalle Boulevard and Barry Downe Road area were without water overnight and this morning after a water main broke on Arthur Street.

City crews began work on the broken main last night and have been working to fix the problem.
