At 12:03 am New Year's Day, a new radio station hit the Greater Sudbury airwaves, introducing listeners to Big Daddy.
Playing "Start Me Up", by the Rolling Stones as their inaugural song, Big Daddy 103.9 FM will broadcast a variety of hits from the 80s and 90s, along with today's top hits.
"Imagine yourself at a party and you hear a tune and say, 'man, I love that song.' You'll be saying that all the time with Big Daddy 103.9," said program director Rick Tompkins.
