FALCONER, Ruth (née Bell)
It is with heavy hearts that the family announces her peaceful passing on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at the age of 92 years.
Wife of the late Doug Falconer. Daughter of the late Tom and late Florence Bell (née Kerr). Devoted mother of Sharon Bacanovic (Rick), John (Cathy), Steve (Yvonne) and James (Brian). Dear sister of Ronald Bell. Predeceased by her siblings John (late Catherine) Bell and Norman (late Shirley) Bell. Cherished grandmother of Jesse, Matthew (Fran), Ryan (Jessica), Kevin, Meghan (Adam), Marla (Sean), Thomas (Chanza), Dylan and Justin. Predeceased by her grandson Roy. Great-grandmother of Joshua, Jenna, Joseph, Amelia, Norah, Faye, Lauren, Maitland, Evelyn, Henry and George. Equally missed by her nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
As per the family’s wishes, there will be no service or visitation, but a private family burial at a later date. The family would like to thank all staff at St-Joseph’s Villa for their care and compassion towards Ruth and a special thanks to Vanessa and Renée.
