It is with heavy hearts that the family announces his passing on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at the age of 86 years.
Son of the late John and late Elizabeth (née Godin) Hurteau. Beloved husband of Helen Hurteau (née Faught). Devoted father of Gary (Edith) and Rick (Lisette). Dear brother of Bill (late Nina). Predeceased by his siblings Raymond (late Esther), George, Dorothy (late Darcy), Freda (late Keith), Francis (late Don) and Shirley (late Jack). Cherished grandfather of Kim (Calvin), Melissa (Chris), Chad (Jasmine), Natalie (Chris), Alex (Taylor), Zoe (Peter) and Nika (Dany). Great-grandfather of Brinley, Nash, Casper, Levin, Clay, Jax, Charlie, Cassidy, Adam, Archer, Kali and Kade. Equally missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4691 RR 15, Chelmsford on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at 11 a.m. at the St-Alexander’s Parish in Chelmsford.
