It is with great sadness that the family announces her sudden passing in Sudbury on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at the age of 42 years.
Beloved daughter of Debbie McAllister (Jamie), the late Kimberley Forbes and Mark Kotyluk. Beloved spouse of Tracy Fortin. Cherished mother of Kassidy Kohtala. Dear sister of Karrie Kotyluk, Ross Kotyluk, late Emma McAllister and late Matthew Forbes. Sadly missed by her grandmother Wendy Fex (late Lloyd) and grandfather Fred Forbes (Clara). Lovingly remembered by many aunts, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Krystina enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, and had a passion for fishing. She had a big heart, and always put others before herself. She was very dedicated to her family and was an exceptional mother.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 222 Lasalle Blvd., Sudbury on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 from 5-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations by cheque in her memory can be made to Kassidy Kohtala (College Fund). www.cooperativefuneralhome.ca
