LACHANCE, Daniel “Danny”
In loving memory of Danny Lachance (Daniel Gilbert) who passed away very peacefully on January 15, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Danny was 79 years old.
He is survived by Sue (Bourcier) Lachance, his daughters Tracy Kerr (Billy Kerr), Tammy Lachance (Donald Campbell), Catherine Johnson (Merle). Dear son of Lena (predeceased). Dear brothers Howard and Allen both (predeceased).
Danny is survived by his sister Diane Crispo (Bruno Crispo), his brother Tommy Lachance (Faye Lachance), and by his brother Leonard Lachance. Danny will be sadly missed by aunts, uncles, and of course his many nieces and nephews.
He will be remembered for his quick wit, good humor, he was a caring man with a big heart.
Danny enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping on Kusk Lake and out on Lake Penage. In his later years he enjoyed spending time at the coffee shop with his buddies. He enjoyed his years at the Nickel Range, Coulson Hotel, and in later years working at TESC contracting.
The Lachance family would like to thank the staff at Pioneer Manor for their compassion and outstanding care that they gave Danny during his final days.
At Danny’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
