LAUZON, Eddy “Fast Eddy” “Uncle Eddy” and “Papa Lauz” 1943-2015 On Friday, October 16th, 2015 he found comfort and peace to make his journey home to join our heavenly Father. Predeceased by his parents Ernest and Eleanor (Houle) Lauzon. Beloved husband of Betty (Turgeon) Lauzon. Loving father of Steven (Marnee), Michael (Wendy) and Sarah. Cherished Grandpa of Kurtis, Kasandra, Kristopher, Erin and Shane. Dear brother of Jeanette “Jennie”. Predeceased by his brothers Lawrence “Smiler”, Hector and Wilfred “Willie”. Eddy was a 2e degree Knight of Columbus council 10888, Assembly Holy Redeemer. Dedicated 35 years to Inco, enjoyed his time with mine rescue and was a volunteer fire fighter with the Minnow Lake Brigade. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury on Monday, October 19th, 2015 from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 20th, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Church, Sudbury.
