Passed away peacefully with his loving wife by his side on December 24, 2023 at Health Sciences North at the age of 85 years.
Beloved husband of 64 years to Fleurette McCormick (née Laflamme). Devoted father of Karen (Mike) Brouse, Keevin (Colleen Darcy) McCormick and Keith (Tina) McCormick. Cherished grandfather of Melissa, Shannon, and Christine. Great-grandfather of Kaedyn, Katrell, Kayshia, Ajay, Ethan, Keera, Aydon, Mason, and Axle. Dear brother of Charlie (Cleo) McCormick, Sharon and Caroline (Louis) Noël. Predeceased by his siblings Johny, Velma, Herbie, Matilda, Gloria, Theresa, Arnold, Richard, Ernest, Verdie and Roger.
He was a devoted Christian, husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend who will be remembered by many for his guitar playing and singing with his singing partner Flo. He could always be counted on at funerals to share his faith. He was an avid fisherman and shared countless fishing experiences with his family and friends.
