The family announces with great sorrow her passing in Sudbury on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at the age of 74 years. Daughter of the late Renzo and late Rosa (born Terrana) DiFrangia. Beloved wife of 50 years to the late Guido Rocca. Loving mother of Laura (Ralph), Virginia and Marco Rocca. Cherished sister of Alfonso (Lynnie), Zina (Fiorello), and Maria (Ferruccio). She will sadly be missed by her grand-fur babies Filou and Midnight. Lovingly remembered by many relatives and friends. She cared deeply for her family and she did this not out of obligation, but because of who she was. She was a compassionate spirit whose passion was to cook and bake and to care for others, even during her battle with ovarian cancer. It would be wrong to say that Pasqualina lost her battle because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she was, she was always determined. When anyone else would have broken, Pasqualina stayed strong. Through her, we know what resilience and perseverance is. Just because she is no longer here, it doesn’t mean she lost her fight. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME,222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury on Sunday, November 26, 2023 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 27, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Holy Redeemer Church, Sudbury.
