WALAWENDER (Paquette), Helene (née Longchamp)
The family announces her sudden passing at her home in Fort Pierce, Florida on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at the age of 82 years.
Predeceased by her two husbands Wally Walawender (2022) and Paul Paquette (2002). Daughter of the late Henry and late Fleurette Longchamp. Devoted mother of Raymond Paquette. Predeceased by her daughter Marie Paquette (2021). Dear sister of Josette McGonagle, Richard Longchamp (Jaquie) and Michele Betrand (Ric). Predeceased by her siblings Gary Longchamp and Deanna Laplante (D’arcy). Cherished grandmother of Holland Paquette-Bates. Equally missed by her nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Helene was a successful real estate agent in Sudbury, as well as a talented interior decorator. She owned her own business and was serving the community and her clients for many years before retiring to Florida. Cremation was held in Florida and a joint celebration of life for Helene and Marie will be held at a later date.
