OTTAWA — A nine-month-old girl who was at the centre of an Amber Alert has been found safe.
Ottawa police say the girl's 39-year-old mother is in custody.
They say the Gatineau police helped with the investigation, which is ongoing.
Police had said the girl was last seen at around noon, being carried away in her mother's arms.
