The law caught up to a 63-year-old man April 23 after he came in contact with North Bay Police.
The police realized he was wanted by Greater Sudbury Police on an outstanding arrest warrant dating back more than 10 years.
Greater Sudbury Police returned the man to Sudbury. He was due to attend a bail hearing April 24 where he will answer to the charges of failing to attend court and assault causing bodily harm.
