The public's assistance is needed in locating a missing 14-year-old girl.
Cassandra Burton was last seen Jan. 28. She is described as 5-3, 110 pounds, with long, straight, brassy blonde hair on top and black streaks on bottom, hazel eyes, and a light complexion. One of her front teeth is discoloured (white chalky with stains).
