A 19-year-old Sudbury man has been charged with break, enter and theft and breach of probation after forensic evidence connected him to a break-in on Buchanan Street sometime between Aug. 22 and Aug. 23, 2008.
The suspect allegedly broke into the home through a window and stole an X-box gaming system with accessories, some DVDs and cash valued at approximately $2,100.
DNA evidence in the form of blood was discovered at the scene of the crime, and further investigation identified the suspect.
The suspect is due to appear in bail court March 5.
