Convenience store robbed

Two men robbed the Quik-Way convenience store at 374 Elm St. in Sudbury at 10 pm on Mar. 19. The robbers entered the store with knives, one with a 7-8” blade, and demanded money from the cashier.

Two men robbed the Quik-Way convenience store at 374 Elm St. in Sudbury at 10 pm on Mar. 19.

The robbers entered the store with knives, one with a 7-8” blade, and demanded money from the cashier. One of the robbers punched the cashier, who suffered a minor laceration.

The robbers took an undisclosed amount of cash and left the store. The investigation into the crime is ongoing.

Police describe the first robber as an aboriginal male, about six-foot-one and 180 lbs. He was wearing a dark hoodie, blue jeans, dark baseball cap and a blue bandana to cover his face. 

The second robber is described as an aboriginal male, about five-foot-eight and 170 lbs. He was wearing a dark hoodie, blue jeans, baseball cap and a red bandana to cover his face.
