COPs information session to be held

A Citizens on Patrol (COP) information session for residents of Ward 1 has been scheduled for Monday Sept. 15 at 7 p.m. at the Robinson Playground community building.

A Citizens on Patrol (COP) information session for residents of Ward 1 has been scheduled for Monday Sept. 15 at 7 p.m. at the Robinson Playground community building.

Residents of the Robinson Lake, Copper Street, Kelly Lake Road and adjoining areas in Ward 1 are welcome to attend this presentation to learn more about the program and how to apply as volunteer mobile observation team members and dispatchers. You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to apply, and pass a police background check. Training will be conducted this fall.
