Greater Sudbury Police and Ontario Provincial Police joint forces operataion unit located and seized 2188 grams (4.8 pounds) of cannabis resin with an estimated street value of $44,000.00 on Oct. 3 at 1130 pm from a Hanmer residence after a CDSA search warrant was executed.
A limited amount of Canadian currency was also seized as proceeds of crime.
Charged jointly with possession for the purpose of trafficking are Cameron McGlade, 46, and Melanie Rannelli, 33, of Hanmer.
McGlade is charged additionally with possession of proceeds of crime.
