The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching of parole.
 
Stanley Berry, 58, is a white male, who stands 6-1 (185 cm) and weighs 196 lbs. (89v kg) with brown hair and brown eyes (in the image provided, Berry clearly has blue eyes). Police says he has scars on both forearms.
 
Berry is serving a two-year, 11-month sentence for break and enters, and other theft-related convictions, information provided by ROPE states. He also has a history of sexual offences, including sexual assault.
 
The offender is known to frequent the city of Toronto
