A Frood Road man faces charges of sexual assault, sexual interference and possession of a controlled substance after Greater Sudbury Police raided his residence Wednesday.
As a result of an investigation, police conducted a search warrant at the residence of Levko (Lou) Rohatyn, 49.
Police say the complainant is a 10-year-old girl whose identity is not being released.
Rohatyn was placed under arrest and was scheduled to have a bail hearing Wednesday.
