A Greater Sudbury man convicted earlier this month of assaulting a seven-year-old boy will be sentenced on Aug. 31.
Paul Jebreen, 30, was found guilty after testimony from the young victim and several other witnesses.
The boy said he was playing ball in his driveway when he saw a car park by his house in April 2005. A man got out of the car, grabbed him by the arm, and suggested they go for a ride.
