A woman wanted by Sudbury police on five outstanding arrest warrants was apprehended Tuesday by Orillia OPP.
The OPP was conducting an investigation into an unrelated matter at the time.
Rachelle Beaulieu, 36, of Copper Cliff, was wanted on five counts of false pretences, one count of fraud over $5,000, 22 counts of breach of probation, four counts of fraud under $5,000 and one count of personation with intent.
Local authorities were notified and arrangements were made to have her escorted back to the Sudbury jurisdiction. She is currently in custody in Sudbury and is scheduled to appear in bail court Wednesday.
