Following a lengthy investigation, officers of the Greater Sudbury Police Service's cyber crime unit charged a A 40-year-old Sudbury man with possession of child pornography and accessing child pornography.
The search warrant for the man's house was obtained after police received information that a local man was accessing child pornography through the internet.
No other information is being released at this time.
The man will appear in bail court on May 25.
