Local man robbed at gun-point by blueberry bandits

A Sudbury man was blueberry picking near Radar Rd. in Hanmer June 2 when two young boys armed with a shotgun approached demanding money. The man didn't have any money so the pair made off with his blueberries.

The man didn't have any money so the pair made off with his blueberries. Greater Sudbury Police searched the area but found nothing.

The first suspect is described as a 14 or 15-year-old boy with dark skin and curly brown hair. He was wearing a blue jean jacket and jeans. The second is described as an 11-year old boy, approximately five-foot-four, wearing black jeans and a bright yellow t-shirt.

Anyone with information is asked to phone police or Crime Stoppers at 675-TIPS.
